BLESSINGS OF JUSTIFICATION or WHAT I AM BECAUSE OF CHRIST

        1. Peace with God [vv 1,11]

                - Enemity [Adam] -

                   Friend of God [I/Christ]

        2. Grace of God [v 2]

                - Separation, Condemnation [Adam] -

                   Family of God  [I/Christ] "access" "stand"

        3. Glory of God [vv 2-4]

                - Shame [Adam]  -

                  Worshipper of God [I/Christ] "rejoice" "glorying"

        4. Love of God [vv 5-8]

                - Ungodliness, Weakness [Adam] - 

                   Beloved of God [I/Christ]

        5. Spirit of God [v 5]

                - Hard, disobedient heart [Adam] - 

                   Anointed of God [I/Christ]

        6. Life of God [vv 9-10]

                - Wrath, Punishment [Adam] -

                   Redeemed/Saved of God [I/Christ]

        7. Authority of God [vv 17,21]

                - Slavery, bondage [Adam] - 

                   Prince of God [I/Christ]

Conclusion:

        ·        Justification  X  Condemnation

        ·        The fallen man constantly hears

                     a)  the offer of justification by God.

                     b)  the whisper of condemnation from the devil.

        ·        Also the saint under these two forces (Rom 8:33-34)

                    Way to victory - (Rev 12:10-11)

        ·     Make this 7-fold confession daily...

                        I am a friend of God!

                        I am in the family of God!

                        I am a worshiper of God!

                        I am beloved of God!

                        I am anointed of God!

                        I am redeemed of God!

                        I am a prince of God!

                                          ... ALL BECAUSE OF CHRIST!
